Refurbishment project working for Manchester Metropolitan University to provide space for the Faculty of Art and Department of Architecture.

Decant project for the University, Faculty of Art and Department of Architecture, works involved the refurbishment to include:

The proposals include for a number of varied breakout spaces and informal learning spaces to improve student wellbeing and methods of working. One to One meeting rooms are included for student/academic engagement as well as student mental health.
New M&E system were installed including VRF heat pump systems, AHU’s, new lighting and power.
This project aligned with the Universities requirement to achieve SKA environmental assessment method accreditation.
