Dave is a Director of Cassidy + Ashton and has been working as a building surveyor since 1998, and has been a member of RICS since 2002. He has been involved in all aspects of surveying from building and defect surveys through to new-build and refurbishment projects.

Dave established and developed Cassidy + Ashton’s Chester and Mold offices, where he has been managing the building surveying projects since 2006. His main areas of specialism are design and management of refurbishment works, defect analysis, project management and disabled access reports/works.

Dave consistently meets clients’ deadlines and delivers results through close client contact, consistent management procedures, expertise and good customer relationship.

Dave has a wealth of experience completing both new-build and refurbishment projects for major clients in the commercial, education, healthcare and private sectors. He is also an approved Principal Designer and CDM adviser to clients.
